SLIDING GATE MOTORS
Sliding gates are a mix of convenience and automation. While there are many types of gates, this gate opener uses a rack and pinion to drive the gate to run, open and close. When you ask about how to choose a gate motor to fit your gate, you can be assured that sliding gate weight between 400KG and 4000KG is available.
We would like to introduce the main part of the gate, the sliding gate motor, these gate motors can be divided into two types, by power supply, AC and DC. The major difference between AC and DC is that DC motors are mostly used in light and small gates, with back power supply (UPS), battery, or solar power, in case of electricity cut off. For some customers, they choose DC is because their country often being out of electricity. It’s difficult for using a gate motor that is without back up supply. OSSDEN K100 sliding gate opener, can be with 12V 1.3AH inbuilt battery and UPS 24V. Normally charge the battery once, work 30-50 times.For these customers, batteries are quite convenient.
To avoid accident, our factory made the gate motor smart. These gate motors are intelligent and smart enough to stop at the right position. And whenever, it detects obstacle , it will stop.
While AC sliding motors are used in gates that are heavier, and the power supply is stable. But for both AC and DC, to avoid power failure problem, our motors are equipped with a manual mode function, it can operate even in case of a power failure. You can open the gate with clutch key. even without battery or solar power.
